What perpetual means here
The official pricing FAQ distinguishes perpetual plans from monthly, quarterly, yearly and two-year subscriptions. It describes the perpetual plans as one-time fees and says they include lifetime updates.
Pick the correct device count
There are separate 1-PC and 2-PC perpetual choices. Do not infer that the 1-PC plan covers a second machine simply because the same account can sign in elsewhere.
- 1-PC for one activated Windows device
- 2-PC for a desktop-and-laptop workflow
- Team plan for managed multi-user deployment
Check features with the trial
Use the trial for the most important tasks—editing, OCR, conversion, redaction or batch processing—before attaching a perpetual purchase to the account. This is especially important for specialised scans and CAD conversions.
Limits to check before paying
- Value-added or on-demand features may have separate limits.
- A perpetual licence is tied to the purchased device allowance.
- Current price and promotion must be confirmed at checkout.
